For every new person that you refer who purchases and becomes a PhoneGnome owner, you will be eligible to receive thirty (30) US dollars.

Rules and Guidelines

1. You are eligible to receive a referral when the person you refer satisfies the following conditions:

a) He or she purchases a new PhoneGnome from TelEvolution Inc. or its authorized resellers.

b) He or she has named you as the referring PhoneGnome owner using the my.phoengnome.com site.

c) He or she maintains the PhoneGnome in an active state for at least 30 days.

2. Only registered PhoneGnome owners are eligible to receive referral credits from new owners.

3. No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed. You may only send a referral email to people that you personally know. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume will result in immediate cancellation of your membership and referral program credit.

4. All sales will be entered into directly between purchasers and TelEvolution or its authorized resellers. You have no authority to accept offers to purchase TelEvolution products or services.

5. Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the Everybody Wins Refer a Friend program will result in termination of any referral fees and further participation in the program.

6. Please allow 60 days after completion of the above requirements to receive payment.

7. TelEvolution, Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time, without notification.

8. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, this Agreement will continue in full force and effect without said provision and will be interpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties. THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAWS PRINCIPLES. THE PARTIES CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF COURTS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA.

9. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof. No amendment or modification hereof will be valid or binding upon the parties unless made in writing and signed by the duly authorized representatives of both parties. The relationship of the parties hereunder is that of independent contractors, and this Agreement will not be construed to imply that either party is the agent, employee, or joint venturer of the other.
